Mr. Khim Phon has been able to adapt quickly and efficiently to his working environment. Professional Employment

With over 18 years of professional experience and because of his qualification in educational management, accounting and finance, and strong leadership skills, he was promoted to be the CEO of NTC Group in late 2010 where his responsibilities are directing and supervising academic department, administration department, marketing department, HR department, accounting and finance department, and IT department, as well as, all 20 campuses of Sovannaphumi school nationwide. Moreover, he has a great experience in human resource planning, educational leadership, financial projection and budgeting, and controlling annual operating cost up to $10 million.

To a great extent, he is obtaining Master of Education and he also has a Master of Finance. Additionally, he has attended many international conferences, and this enables him to be fully equipped with oversea educatonal and professional training experience. His employment background further illustrates him to perfectly fit the current position as the CEO.
