๐The SPS Speak-UP 2023 Grand Final is to provide a challenging environment for our young public
speakers to push themselves in the Primary and Secondary categories of the IEP program. Beyond a
competition, the SPS Speak-UP 2023 Competition cultivates a nascent, expanding community of public
speakers and provides a platform for skill-sharing.
