The Academic Quality and Relations Coordinator shall implement the IEP academic strategies, policies, guidelines, procedures and other operations to achieve the objectives of academic department within NTC Group and its assigned campus.
Principle Accountabilities:
- To involve in curriculum development and new practices in order to improve current IEP Program
- To assure the quality of academic program in term of integration ICT Skill and technology in teaching and learning
- To develop ICT program and integrate new pedagogy in teaching and learning to SPS E-Class
- To support IEP Team in order to develop digital contents and practices
- To assure the process of teacher recruitment and selection to fit with the selection criteria.
- To develop teacher competency standard and performance management system; and conduct orientation
- To assure the quality of teacher performance and practice
- To implement and revise quality assurance framework, and provide suggestion to curriculum development and training
- To coordinate the annual TOFEL/IELTS and compulsory exams to improve and strengthen teaching quality;
- To coordinate student learning assessment to improve and strengthen learning quality;
- To coordinate standard examination and other standard examination
- To develop and revise student improvement plan; and provide suggestion to curriculum development
- To support IEP Curriculum Development in reviewing the existing programs to know how they are implemented and evaluate the academic leadership and management in a purpose of ensuring the learning and teaching outputs;
- To support M&E, and program review
- To facilitate internal IEP Academic Events
- To organize annual study trip, public events, STEM festival, and exchange programs for IEP students and outstanding
- To seek for public competitions/ events in order to provide opportunity for IEP Students to join
- To seek for academic partners, networking, and projects to support Curriculum Development Plan and Training
- To implement the academic policies, procedures and strategies to supplement the unclearly regulated mechanism;
- To facilitate academic professional development trainings and capacity building programs with IEP Team
- To support in classroom action research activities and guidelines to help enforce new concepts of teaching and learning;
- To perform other tasks assign by supervisor:
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Education Management or relevance filed;
- Minimum of 03 years experiences in IEP academic programs;
- Good English proficiency, proven by at least TOEFL of over 500;
- Good knowledge of teaching and learning assessment;
- Working knowledge of IEP curriculum development and teacher training methodology;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure;
- Demonstration of good leadership/teamwork spirits;
- Strong commitment to diversity; and
- Working knowledge of ICT Skill, and MS Office skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
