 Principle Accountabilities

–       To welcome visitors and respond to telephone and email enquiries in a helpful and constructive manner to ensure appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner;

–       To handle with customer complains to ensure appropriate actions are taken in courtesy.

–       To register students and issue official receipt for all payment which has been made at school or bank more effectively.

–       To communicate with parents all aspects of school activities, receive and pass on information to student’s parents to ascertain reasons for absence.

–    To maintain and update student information to ensure effective records and databases.

–    To prepare daily income report and cash count at the end of operations to ensure accurately records.

–    To count daily stock in and out to ensure accurately records.

–    To prepare monthly payment report with accuracy and timely.

–    To provide effective and efficient secretarial and clerical services for the teachers to    smoothly support operations;

–    To maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence with good manner.

  • To perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Requirements

1)      Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field;

2)      At least 01 years in customer services with education institutions;

3)      Good negotiation and influencing skills;

4)      Good communication and interpersonal skills;

5)      Good command in English of both spoken and written;

6)      Working knowledge of customer services and office support;

7)      Working knowledge of MS Office skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and

8)      Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure;

9)      Demonstration of good leadership/teamwork spirits;

10)  Strong commitment to diversity;
